Sharon PriceGUEST
When we talk about holistic nutrition and how do you take someone's lifestyle and implement a healthy eating pattern, that is based all around whole, fresh, live food.

Sharon PriceGUEST
And so when you look at a holistic approach... you're also looking at the food.

Sharon PriceGUEST
So looking at a piece of fruit, for instance, If you take an apple, and you've always heard an apple a day keeps the doctor away, not only is it fiber, but when you remove the outer skin, if someone doesn't like the skin of the apple, you're removing part of the component that helps the body naturally break it down.

Sharon PriceGUEST
The body doesn't have to do any work or make any effort in breaking an apple down when you eat it in its whole form.

Sharon PriceGUEST
And so all of the things that we put in our body either can have a positive or a negative effect.

Sharon PriceGUEST
All of the things that are processed, all of the things that are canned, they're not fresh, they're not whole.
