Yeah, that would be the thing I wish

somebody had told me sooner.

But then you have to also have someone who can actually help integrate that and say, is this doable? Is this the right, it might be the great idea, but is it the right decision for now at this time in the organization? So they would be, so it's the right people, smarter than you, don't do anything too soon, listen and learn, don't throw the baby in the bathwater out too quickly, and then have the right system with the right people to then build the culture, the teams and You know, so you're in your first team, your senior team is key.
