What are you seeing as like the biggest challenges right now as you innovate with the platform?

The biggest challenges that we're seeing as we innovate, I mean, we have a pretty big update coming in a few weeks here that we're super excited about.

We've basically gone in and we asked ourselves, hey, if we were building this platform from scratch, knowing everything we know now about how investors and their business, what platform we would build, what product we would do.

So that's what we're building right now.

But with everything going on with AI, with cloud and charge EPD, I mean, it's very exciting time.

But also at the same time, people feel like they can create something.

It's so easy to create a product, which takes people away from what their core business is, which is to be a real estate investor.

You know, one thing I'm noticing, and this is even with ourselves, like as platforms make updates and innovate all the time, right? What do you feel like is some really productive features inside the CRM that maybe us or even our students aren't taking enough advantage of? So that way I can also make sure that our community is understanding like, hey, did you know that you can do X, Y, Z, right?
