in my early years I worked with, um, Carpet One, Flooring America.

I, my first job was at, at McDonald's.

And so, um, it did really instill in my brain, which I now is, I think is a great gift for entrepreneurs, is systems and, uh, and processes, and really I love studying business models because one thing that, that's so powerful, just, let's just use McDonald's as an example, is it doesn't matter your age, your grade level or anything, they have systems that you can step in and, and follow.

And I think where a lot of entrepreneurs are, are challenged is they're, you know, um, they, they build things or they hire people and yes, you go, you, you know...

But that's why one of your Ps is so important, the planning.
