Can you tell us your journey to diagnosis? Was it as long? Was it complex?

Mine was very quick.

Again, I'm coming to my three year anniversary of being diagnosed with IBD this month.

So I will start back in kind of early September, you know, kind of first part of the year, final year in college, working part time, you know, stressing out until I was a bit more fatigued and tiredness.

Felt like that for a bit.

And then around kind of summertime, I found that I was having stomach problems when I was eating.

So I found a bit more pain.

So I think that's a really important message, isn't it? Can we move on to diet? Can I ask, first of all, in terms of the Wild West of the internet? Are there things online that you've seen that are kind of no-nos?
