I think the only way that you can really make something that is, like, truly special is when you get a collective hive mind of ideas, and everybody is supporting and enriching each other.

Um, just like a sports team, like, like, it's not one person, it's, you know, to, to win a championship, we'll just use Europh- European football or, like, the FIFA World Cup, like, sometimes the difference between winning a World cup and not winning a World Cup might come down to the water boy, and the beds you slept on, and the massage therapist, and the food you ate.

It's all because they're all professional athletes, and they're all working their ass off-

So before you start poking your fingers at your oppo- uh, at, at your teammates and all this stuff, like if everyone is on the same page and everyone is trying their best, mistakes are gonna happen.

You're gonna throw an interception with the best of intentions.

So we take our time with them, and we guide them, and if they're making mistakes, we walk them behind the camera, and we show them what they're doing and how to stand and everything.

So it's this wonderful thing where when that kid ends up booking a professional job, they have this level of confidence about them.

And y- you know, I could rattle off a bunch of people who are working and kinda became superstars.

But the thing I owe John mostly is I think he pulled me aside 10 times in the first three years we were together, and he would shout at me or be stern and go, "I'm gonna tell you something that nobody told me in my formative years in the 20s, and I don't want you to make enemies or say the wrong thing or slip up."
