What is that and why did you set it up?

Well, the why is definitely God.

I could have equipped believers for the rest of my life in this and I would have been fine with that.

But one of the things the Lord was showing me about, I think this was about five years ago now, was that he wanted me to take what the work that had been done in equipping believers and and now expand it to reach anybody.

So regardless of what other faith context is, that they can actually experience the goodness of grace, which is, by the way, accessible to all.

But how can you bring this and show this as a transformational experience impact for company culture, leadership culture, all of those things.

So it began because it was a God thing, which is the beginning point for most shifts that I'm making as it relates to business.

And so this is seed, and he's the only one that uses it, which is fascinating.
