funny so um tell us just a little bit about your background of how you maybe you got got started raising show pigs what that kind of looked like for you
5:52
um well i grew up uh when i when i was born or when i was little uh my dad ran a commercial sow farm ran about 50 sows um kind of a farrow to wean type scenario would sell feeder pigs and then he also was a small grain farmer And both sides of my family, my granddad as well, who's still alive, farmed as well.
6:16
So I definitely had an agricultural background.
6:20
We were never like real big farmers, but my dad would always say, hey, we're hobby farmers because he always enjoyed, you know, livestock and agriculture and farming.
6:30
So I always had a fascination with pigs and always enjoyed the pigs, probably more than anything.
6:38
I was telling the boys the other day, we're building a new sow barn and where we're building that sow barn at, I was working ground when I was like six years old with my dad.
6:48
We were farrowing sows at the same time and He asked me that day while I was working ground, he said, do you want to keep working ground or do you want to go in the faring house? And I couldn't have jumped off that tractor quick enough.

Or, I mean, what, how, how does that go? And, and how does, how is, how is that handled?
