Seth ArndorferGUEST
So DCN was formed about that same time, in 1996, that I started my career in telecommunications.

Seth ArndorferGUEST
The 15 rural telephone companies at the time, their customers were needing to get connected to the internet, and so they tied their fiber backbones together, created an LLC, a limited liability corporation, called DCN.

Seth ArndorferGUEST
And under that LLC, they responded to various RFPs for the state government connecting to all the K12 schools, every higher ed institution in the state, all of public safety, 911, state radio, and then it evolved into the mobile backhaul market.

Seth ArndorferGUEST
We connect to about 90% of the cell sites in the state of North Dakota that we have here in the state.
