But one thing about the buildings, whether it's changing, um, you said damaging the neighborhood.

One thing I learned many years ago, and correct me if I'm wrong, is that when it comes to fashion and trend and everything else, and real estate is also a trend, right, is that it feels like, it feels like the marketing comes from the developers and fashion, um, executives, that they, that they impose their trend on people, but it's generally the other way around.

They follow the trend from people.

They kind of listen to what the community wants, and they provide it to them in a different way.

What, what was in your mind and what did you want to get out there?

Well, I think the main, um, idea is that this is a trend going forward.

The young affluent or even non-affluent buyers are the new generation buying, and in a few years they're gonna be selling.
