Why hasn't it been owned by anybody?

My curiosity led me to start studying this topic a few years ago, also during the pandemic.

I did a lot of reading research on the history of work.

And you notice that it's a pretty fragmented discipline.

What I discovered is the fact that over the history of humankind, there have been at least six different discourses of how work was based.

At the beginning, work was simply sustenance.

I needed to eat.

So how do you actually do that in an organization?
