Sentinel Prime

Yeah, and then at the end of the movie, he executes Sentinel Prime after he's surrendered and beaten by shooting him in the back.

And then when he 1v1s Megatron, he sticks the axe blade into the hole in Megatron's head and then rips his head off.

And this one's a retool of Titan's Return Sentinel Prime, released first.

That said, given Sentinel Prime isn't traditionally known as a triple-changer, or for transforming into a spacecraft or a Cybertronian train, it doesn't take a genius to figure that the evil, corrupted, and very orangey Prime wasn't the original plan.

So yeah, Voyager Astrotrain, released in its OG lighter gray and purple deco, and now a headmaster, partnered up with the Titan master, Darkmoon.

A year later in 2017, Japan unsurprisingly did it better with their Legends LG-40 Astrotrain, sporting a much more striking, darker, cartoon-accurate deco.

It also happened to be Scatman Crothers' last film before his own death on November 22, 1986 at age 76.

And the late Leonard Nimoy, who voiced Galvatron in this movie, later would voice Autobot-turned-traitor Sentinel Prime in 2011's Transformers Dark of the Men.

And finally, now on DVD are three films from this summer, one of which majorly underperformed in theaters.

First up is the sci-fi action superhero film Supergirl, the second film in the rebooted DC Universe lineup.

He also voiced Sentinel Prime in the Transformers: Dark of the Moon film from 2011.

It's bizarre.

Anyway, moving on, we have Titans Return Sentinel Prime, who is not astrotrain.

Don't worry about it.

He is incredibly orange and red, and then a bit of grey Hasbro plastic, unfortunately, and then random bits of yellow paint.

Yeah.

Uh, and of course, in the s- third movie, uh, Sentinel Prime was voiced by Leonard Nimoy.

Oh, yeah, yeah.

Uh, Leonard Nimoy, uh, was the voice of Galvatron in the 1986 Transformers animated movie.

But she gets demoted to waste management.

So we then meet Sentinel Prime.

Everybody has a major hard-on for this guy because he is the hero of Cybertron.

And everybody's like, yay.

And D-16 is obsessed with Sentinel Prime.

Like, he believes in him.

He's like, you know, everything that this man says has to be true, right? Like, yes, that's how politicians work.

I'm pretty sure they pulled the Fallen off the back of the moon.

Is that, like, is that the Sentinel Prime or something maybe?

But Sentinel Prime wasn't old.
