Uh, did, was there enough left to drink?
15:54
Uh, yeah.
15:55
And it was tasty.
15:56
And, uh, come coming in in the middle of everyone else's tasting notes.
16:00
I kind of think, um, maybe it kind of in line.
16:04
It was very light.
16:05
I didn't know anything about the recipe at that point.
19:16
Cicerones
36:12
I'm out
36:12
...
36:12
but saying, but saying that, I'm saying that just to say that, uh, these beers are just as delicious now, uh, to me than a- a- as they would be in the wintertime.
36:24
I love a dark beer any, any time of year.
36:28
I think they're awesome.
36:30
Um, you know, I, I find them e- refreshing even if they're kind of, you know, uh, big and, and thick and, and dark and chocolatey and all that.
36:41
As long as they're cold, I'm happy.
41:20
What was the yeast?
10:34
I'm, I'm getting all the flavors you all are picking up, but nothing is just, like, jumping out punching me either.
10:41
Well, and, and now that I sip it, yeah, uh, mango, papaya, uh, on the, uh, uh, heavier side of the tropical fruit spectrum, I guess, as opposed to, uh...
10:57
You know, on the aroma my impression was pineapple, which I, I guess sort of, you know, like, colored a flavor view as the lighter end.

9 MINS LATER

20:12
Like, these are very different hops.
20:14
It's almost like, it's almost like one is a, is a hazy IPA, two is a pale ale.
20:19
Like, just it's, it's, it's a different thing.
20:22
I really, I like the character of this hop.
20:24
It's almost like a little bit of mandarin, like, uh, canned mandarins to me.
36:49
Thank goodness I got this one.
36:51
Um, so no, I don't, I don't think so.
36:53
And three again, I have that mustiness in the aroma that I didn't get in one, but did get in two.
39:11
So do we-
39:11
I, I think that number two has a clear oxidative character that, uh, I, I would quest- well, of course we don't even know what they are yet, but I would question whether that's even related to the dry hopping or if maybe it's just something exogenous.
