You're doing something a little bit different.
3:04
Yeah.
3:05
So, um, this kind of came about through, uh, Martin Gramatika.
3:09
Um, obviously coached him a long time ago.
3:11
Um, we, the original conversations, um, we were talking about training with my, uh, Snyder Kicking, um, business I started.
3:21
We were gonna come out and kind of establish a space out here to train, uh, soccer players and converting them into kickers and punters.
3:28
And so when we started that conversation, this was about a year and a half ago, um, the Sports Performance Hub, uh, which was a vision and was in the process of being developed, um, had not really, uh, gained a lot of traction, um, because it didn't have a, uh, CEO in place.

Uh, was it just the returners you had? Or what was, what was the secret formula to special teams just working so well? It wasn't just then, certainly in the '90s, but even in that era, like what, what's the big trick there for special teams to click on a high level?
34:47
In haute couture, in high fashion, is there enough paid, revered, celebrated Indigenous talent already, or do you have to nurture that and bring it with you?
35:03
There are.
35:04
There are a lot of Indigenous artists from across all of Turtle Island, and they come from different communities.
35:10
And you see some of those contemporary works here in Denver Arts right now, and it's, you know, uh, it's really nice to add our voices to that.
35:17
But yes, I, I believe there are plenty of artisans that are specially technically skilled in beadwork.
35:23
And they come from everywhere, all walks of life, all kinds of ages.
35:28
And turning the artwork from crafts- like, a craft to an actual art so that we can get people to understand that these people should be working at a higher level and paid at the higher level, and all of our artwork should be valued at that higher level as well.

Espec- specifically your dancing.
31:55

41:25
You were also the subject of a documentary, by the way, specifically your dancing.
12:56
Deep dive a little bit more into exactly the kinds of funds we're talking about, what's been happening with them, what's changing to be able to make it easier and to have something like search help solve for this.
13:08
Yeah.
13:09
And as we talk about, we are talking about sort of these small retirement benefit payments, especially the uncashed distribution checks from ERISA covered plans.
13:17
We talk about how common that is, but it generally happens when somebody hits that required minimum distribution age around 73, when the plan has to pull a portion of those those invested assets out of investments and send that check to the individual.
13:31
It never gets to them.
13:33
It bounces back to the plan and then it sits there no longer invested.
13:37
And so that's the very specific asset that we're trying to solve for here.

25:26
How does transferring this to state programs, this initiative, really increase the odds of a participant actually getting their money back compared to leaving it in the plan?
