So here's your question: when something has been a part of your identity for a big part of your life, uh, and suddenly that disappears, how do you work out who you are without it?
2:19
Well, w- when you sent this over, it hit me straight between the eyes, uh, because I've been through this when, when The Blackout split up in 2015.
2:32
Um, on the lead-up to it, I was like, "This is never...
2:35
We're never gonna split up.
2:36
It'll be fine.
2:37
The boys will see that we're loved, and they'll wanna be in the band forever." And then the blan- the band split up, um, after our final shows in March 2015.
2:46
And to be honest, I spent six months absolutely lost because I didn't know what transferable skills I'd, um, gained in the 13 years or 12 years of being in The Blackout that could get me back into working life.

What's one moment in your life you think that guy's gonna look back and be like, "That was incredible"?
39:35
[instrumental music]
39:42
I'm quite impressed with how well Sebastian's rebounded and healed.
39:46
Uh, he's taking everything on with a positive attitude.
40:21
[ball bouncing] Jeez.
40:24
I think the hardest injury for Sebastian to overcome is gonna be the left ankle and foot.
40:28
It's that he has severe nerve damage, and we can't predict when somebody's gonna be walking or, in Sebastian's case, you know, shooting a jump shot.
