well you know on the transaction side you know and often shows up in in complexity shows up in diligence, right? And so as you say, you're probably not just acquiring one lease, right? There's a multitude of leases, often multiple counties, different depths, particularly for legacy plays, different burdens, different obligations within each of those leases.

So the legal team, the land team, even the engineers, we all have to kind of be on the same page to understand kind of what the plans are moving forward, what the client's goals are, and you know, on the acquisition of a complex asset, let's just say what provisions of the lease or JOA or other agreements may affect kind of what we ultimately want to do with that asset.
