So any blessings or spiciness in that realm?
12:26
well it'll be a bit of a spiraling one but um when i think about a reflecting pool i think about the very nature of it is that we only look at an undisturbed surface of the water and i think about how crazy horse said we're living in the shadow of reality I would say by now, like that was the 1890s, by now it's the shadow of the shadow of the shadow of reality that we're falling into.
12:53
And from this level, from the surface, like looking at the undisturbed surface from the edge of the reflecting pool, we can only see what we're expecting to see and what's being projected onto it.

And so I think about gazing at the reflecting pool from its edge is the out-of-balance Cancerian man who is the Fisher King, bemoaning the wound.
13:20
But if we look below the surface, if we dare to engage the perilous question, and we go down into the deep waters of the deepest well, into the dark waters and we turn, bearing starlight in our cup, then it's the balanced cancerian male, the king of cups, who's gone down into those unexamined depths and examined them.
13:49
and returned with medicine for all, understanding that the purpose of the wound is not to just sit staring at the wound, but instead to be the entry point through which the journey can begin, and then to return with the medicine that not only addresses the wound and the perilous question, but the wounds and the perilous questions for all.

44:51
20 years ago, who miraculously is still alive, although he was Under constant threat of assassination then, Hector Mondragon, who was an economist who worked with the poor and who had been tortured and had a permanent tremor in his hands from being hung from a tree by soldiers trained in the School of the Americas.
