How did this all come to be, thinking, I'm going to make glasses?

So yeah, it started, I've been an optician since I was 19.

So I started a long time ago in the eyeglass business.

And I've always been a crafty person, hands-on, want to do things myself.

And eventually we...

I just got an idea of I see handmade on the side of some of the nicer frames we make, and it just got the ball rolling.

Originally, I saw a wood pair of glasses that somebody handmade, and my father-in-law is a woodworker, so I partnered with him and I said, we can do this.
