Obviously, you've spoken a bit about it just, you know, peripherally here, but it'd be good to just get a sense of like how it works and what is, in your words, the value proposition of Truffle as one of these services.

Yeah, so going back to sort of the reason for being, right, was, you know, there's, I think, a couple of changes, you know, in the market and the industry, which have led to, you know, either way too many applications, or how do you tell if someone is real? And you and I were talking for a few minutes, right, just about this compression issue.

where it feels like a lot of folks are working longer days and maybe not getting as far ahead as they would like.

There's more administrative work in a lot of cases.

And so we took a look at that and said, is there an opportunity in the market to help recruiters? We had felt this pain ourselves as we were going through, and we could not find a solution to this problem that was reasonable.

We tested ATS and some of the filters there, and it just wasn't good enough.

And even if you could get it to sort through some resumes, it wasn't sort of enough to make the difference that we wanted.
