Tom HaslamHOST
How important is it for you for awareness and visibility for a charity like yours and What role do you think digital or social media play in sort of building that awareness?

Sean GillGUEST
So it's definitely not possible to ever state how important awareness is to us and other charities as well.

Sean GillGUEST
I think the hardest part of what we do isn't running the groups and making sure guys are okay.

Sean GillGUEST
It's actually making sure that men and people know we actually exist so in our arena we know that many men don't search for support they're not going to google mental health help they're not going to find that avenue in fact that's that's quite commonly known that guys don't reach out um so they will suffer in silence a little bit so it's kind of our job and marketing's job and the way that we get out there it's our role to make sure we're putting it in their face yeah um We always say that we think about a journey.

Sean GillGUEST
How do we make that impossible to miss? And you know, you're in marketing, you know that people don't just see something once and it clicks.

Yeah, I had a chat with him on Sunday after we sort of got through some stuff we needed to sort through Sunday morning.

Sean GillGUEST
You know, it's too early for him to sort of, I think, decide what exactly is going to happen next.

Sean GillGUEST
He'll tidy things up here in Wellington and then probably head back to Sydney with his mum who's been over here with him.

Sean GillGUEST
But, you know, what I do believe strongly is he's going to find something elsewhere.

Israel DaggHOST
Why didn't it work, Sean? So if you can, you know, you've had a lot of reflecting over the last couple of days and, you know, was it a player, was it performance, was, you know, just unrest between the coach group and the player group?

Why is he only doing one week when you clearly need him for the rest of the season?

Sean GillGUEST
But with everything moving so quickly, in order to dot the I's and cross the T's, and also with the big focus that we have this week, he wants to focus on this week, the club want to focus on this week, and then we'll just finalise those details in the coming week.
42:59
Now, Sean, when Chiefie quit, did you know this was coming? Was this something you guys had been discussing for some weeks or was that just a bolt out of the blue?
