So I spoke with Sean Dunn, who runs Sean's Aviation, about why some planes really capture our imagination.
6:13
In general, people like the rare ones.
6:15
People would be really interested in their usual Ryanair flight or Aer Lingus coming in and out.
6:19
The military flights, especially with the EU presidency on right now, there's lots of rare aircraft stuff that we never really see around here.
6:25
So stuff like that catches spotters' attention.

And can you tell me a little bit about maybe some of the interesting aircraft which maybe have landed here recently or over the last couple of weeks or months?
6:52
Yeah, and the last few days we've had, so for the defence meetings, we've had aircraft from UK, Czechia, Netherlands, Germany and a few other European nations.
7:01
And they've been bringing in their military aircraft, stuff that you would never really see around except for ministers coming in.
5:54
What was life like for you as an agent a year ago, six months ago versus now?
5:59
So look, going back 12 months ago in Byford, obviously it was a very different market to what we're experiencing now.
6:05
But the main thing was, like you said, that sort of desperation there.
6:09
The urgency of people, local investors, local buyers, where over east investors, that urgency of them buying property was just the whole talk of the town last year.
6:19
And no matter what the property was, we saw, I would say, averaging between 10 to 15 groups always at our home opens last year compared to this year currently now.
6:28
I mean, last weekend, we opened up four properties and experienced an average groups between one to sort of three groups at five being the absolute maximum.
6:36
The biggest difference with offers as well, we used to receive multiple offers from multiple buyers.
10:10
What do you think that is? What's the reason for it? Is it they can't afford to get to 860 because the interest rates are higher or they don't feel like they have to because there's less people at home open that they're competing with?
