So Sean, tell me, what have you been getting out of CXO so far, CXO 2026 in Ottawa?

Sean DuncombeGUEST
This is my third time, um, coming to one of these events, and, uh, I've seen the beginning of resistance against AI to ac- acceptance to being overwhelmed to now talking about more serious solutions being implemented in a more practical fashion.

Sean DuncombeGUEST
And from the client side, uh, pressuring the BPOs to start becoming a little more adaptable with this environment and automating processes and, uh, and kind of the insight around, uh, the same thing that's going in my industry, which is outcome-based solutions, so...
Peter RyanHOST
Sean, what do you see from a CX standpoint as the probably biggest challenges that operators are gonna have over the course of the next six to 12 months?

Sean DuncombeGUEST
Um, I would say it's, it's, uh, being, becoming more fluent with, uh, agentic systems and understanding, uh, and convincing the client, uh, of using a particular solution, uh, and understanding it themselves, but also training their own workforce, uh, to be more, uh, cognizant and adaptable to how agentic systems work.

Sean DuncombeGUEST
And what I mean by that is, um, as a, as a manager within a CS, uh, CX world, uh, you need to, uh, be able to understand the limitations and, uh, of agentic AI and work around it, and an organization needs to teach, uh, frontline employees-To not take agentic responses wholly to heart and blame the agentic system for failure, but, uh, use it, uh, as a companion to try to, uh, come up with better outcomes for the client.
