11:21
So has that helped maybe a little bit in preparing this year?
11:24
Yeah, I suppose that's true now in the Premier League.
11:27
Things were down a bit, but they really picked it up and look.
11:31
We managed it.
11:32
I think the team managed it really well because they were expected to do very well.
11:35
They were expected to be in the top two or three anyway.
11:38
But I think they managed the group very well and they got through.
14:09
It has to be fostered and earned, doesn't
11:08
Explain to the people what Jet Card is, again, for those that are not familiar.
11:15
Yeah, so it's a companion app for Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane 12.
11:20
Very careful to put the asterisk there.
11:24
We tried to do some functionality with X-Plane 11, and it required too many plugins and too many add-on things.
11:32
X-Plane has done a phenomenal job with, you know, like much in the way that Microsoft has SimConnect for a lot of things.
11:38
X-Plane kind of developed their own backend system for kind of like talking to the Sim and tracking within the Sim.
11:44
So we decided really early to make that pivot.

15 MINS LATER

26:23
I've got that too.
8:49
Can breathe down there
8:49
... down that left-hand corner.
8:51
But then in the second half, jeez, we dropped our levels right after half time and went five points down.
8:55
It just goes in the blink of a flash.
8:57
And we were looking for a goal, like we were trying to get, just to get some impetus.
9:23
Oh, they're a serious team, yeah.
9:24
And they have went through...
9:26
There, there are a lot of intercounty players that played, like Kealan Hartigan, Patrick Harty, um, Paul Rogers, to men- that's just to mention a few.
119:38
Congratulations, Sean, on your win.
119:39
Pat, uh, it was, it was a great win, a great battle out there.
119:43
As I said in the, in, in the first half, we really played where we played the way we wanted to play, and we were only two points down playing.
119:48
That was a, that's a fairly good-
120:26
Oh, they're a serious team, yeah.
120:27
And they have went through there.
120:28
There are a lot of intercounty players that played, like Keelan Hartigan, Patrick Harty, um, Paul Rogers, to men- That's just to mention a few.
120:35
Ma- Matthew Harty.
BrockHOST
6:12
How do you approach them? How do you help them out? W- what is it exactly that you do with them?
6:16
them?It's a great question.
6:18
So there's actually multiple approaches.
6:20
There's no one-size-fits-all, but what we do is we say, "Okay, let's examine where you are and where you need to be." So, for example, in smaller organizations, they might only have two or three leaders that need to be trained or coached.
6:32
So we say, "Well, we have a, a comprehensive, uh, leadership development program class where it's six days, you know, one day a month for six months." But if you only have three people, kind of silly to have a class of like, "Welcome to the class of three people." What we do is we say, "Well, instead what we have is we have executive coaching, so we can coach those people individually one on one." And what we've done, Tony, is we've developed something called the Power 5 RX System, and it's a system that's extremely effective.
7:02
And what it consists of is five steps.
7:06
Well, the first step of that Power 5 RX is diagnosis.

20 MINS LATER

27:07
[laughs]
4:25
Talk a little bit more about what you mean by that so the audience can understand.
4:30
Yeah, well, I think, you know, my background experience has been in the kind of networking space for 15 years.
4:36
And then obviously within those, that's where some of the licensing kind of comes in.
4:42
But unfortunately, because we're not the necessary default that people think about where I kind of source the product from, that we might be the afterthought, right, to, well, I buy my, say, for example, Cisco from my kind of reseller.
4:55
And so the vendors have done an amazing job of creating these kind of myths and uncertainties for clients.
5:03
And one of them in particular is licensing.
5:06
And not to be 100% sort of factual around it, but they might, for example, say you can't transfer licenses between devices.

25 MINS LATER

29:46
So I wanted to put it to you, you know, with where you sit, whether it's something that's perhaps local to your markets or, you know, something that you just see, you know, across all markets is what myth would you bust for our listeners?
