So what did you want to be growing up and then the environment you were growing up and why don't you share with the audience a little bit about that early, early life?

Like you've already alluded to, I grew up in Northern Ireland.

I'm a child of the eighties and the nineties.

So growing up in Northern Ireland at that time was pretty volatile.

You had a lot of stuff going on, a lot of conflict, which in the background subconsciously was obviously a, an imprint in some way or form that impacted everybody that kind of grew up in and around here.

So you had all of that stuff going on and that shapes you in some way for sure.

I'm the youngest of seven, five brothers, two sisters.

So when they knock on your door, why do they knock on your door? What are they asking for? And what do they hope to get out of it? Yeah.

Why do you see something common? Why some people are successful and why some people aren't? What is it? Or is there a one size fits all of it?

Well, again, successful being a kind of a label, you know what I mean? It means something different to every single person.

And what I've discovered over the last six or seven years is every single person lives by their own unique set of priorities and values and their fingerprint specific.

No two people have the same.

but we have the expectation for other people to value the same things as us.

And a lot of the times that's where conflict occurs, especially in relationships.

And now as I work with business owners and executive teams, et cetera, there can be that component is a lot of the time shown its face where maybe a CEO or a COO or a business partner, there's an expectation for other people to value the same things.

Is there a piece of advice that you'd give them?
