Is it like that?
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:15
100%.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:16
Yeah.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:16
I mean, we're very ruthless about building out the team in a very particular way.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:21
So we're about 20 full-time people, maybe a little bit more.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:24
That's it.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
25:25
We've made a few more hires.

9 MINS LATER

34:55
very much.
31:48
Yeah.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
31:49
Um, and market makers into crypto as well.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
31:51
But it just didn't feel like something that made sense at the moment.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
31:54
Um, for us, like, you know, one of the things we do, which I think is very rare, is we actually work with all of our aggregators and routers so that they don't take positive slippage, which is a concept that, like, people probably haven't heard of before.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
32:04
But it's a s- it's a concept where, like, you go buy the Solana, you go buy Solana at $80, it goes up to 81, but because we showed you 80, they can take a dollar or whatever the difference is and pocket that.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
32:13
We pay them a monthly amount to say you're not taking that amount, because if the price moves in favor of their in, of their execution, they should get the full amount.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
32:20
So it's something that every single trading app pretty much turns a blind eye to, because it's in their best interest to either take a profit share or to let the other aggregator earn more money, and they don't have to pay a commercial amount.

39 MINS LATER

71:50
You d- you don't think the, the dual model can work, equity and token?
TylerHOST
33:43
What is your interpretation of that?
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
33:45
Yeah, I mean, I think that there's always like, there's a disconnect between the number of people who are doing something and the number of people who want to be doing something, right? I think that even in bear markets, that gap is quite wide.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
33:57
And this isn't obviously really anything in life.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
33:59
Like, you know, there's a lot of people who want to play basketball, but not everybody gets to play for whatever reason.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
34:03
Or, you know, a better example might be hockey or golf or something that requires a little bit more equipment.
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
34:08
And I think if you tomorrow came out with a device that of your magnitude pretty quickly so I tend to think we're in a similar boat where crypto has done a good job of creating technology it's done a really bad job of creating for the non-crypto user right even EOA wallets like metamask and phantom who have paved the way for a lot of you know the retail users who are interested to get involved they're still quite you know a lot of friction in there and I think the easier you can make this experience you know the more you can actually expand the pie of people who might be potentially interested and then you can obviously work on onboarding more of the C phrase and connect to, you know, the right exchanges and DeFi apps and all this kind of stuff.
FarokhHOST
39:55
And how are you getting those users that are not in crypto? Because that's arguably the biggest problem we have, right?
Se Yong
Se YongGUEST
40:01
Yeah.
