Uh, I, I think it's all about psychology and I, I wish I had finished my, you know, my undergraduate degree in psychology as compared to going poli sci, because when I took those psychology classes, you know, learning about how people, uh, see the world is really important in a mediation.

The psychology part is maybe sometimes working outside that, recognizing how a person will feel if this dispute is resolved, if there is closure out there, if money is given so that the family can move on or the business can go on, um, that they are not anchored down in a dispute that is costing the business money, maybe damaging the business's reputation.
