How did that business progress to maybe where you find yourself now?

So I like to, in my brain, I've categorised it, we're in our third decade in business.

So 2006 to 2016, two high street letting agent offices.

It was your traditional, the team were in the office, you were in suited and booted.

I was there first, leaving last.

Displays in the window, the kind of classic lettings, short term lettings and the state agency offices.

So it was in 2015 I had the idea, because the other business called Homesure Residential Lettings, the state agency, so for Pillow, I had an idea trying to evolve as things changed, we were on the west coast of Scotland, how do we take a concept that's been there for hundreds of years, To set up a new letting agency office, well, you'd need probably 30 grand's worth of kit out.

What's allowed you to do that and what does that look like?
