Uh, we own it, um, where we have to improve, uh, delivery times and so forth.

But imagine being a staff member, hearing these very loud voices that are diametrically opposed.

How do I create a policy or a service that's gonna serve the greater good? We, at our council, we talk about this continually and, uh, support staff in that notion.

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get it right, and the loudest voices are not gonna be happy.
