So how does, frankly, anyone running for office kind of square these two opposing views?

Yeah.

No, it's true.

If there's anything that has s-seemed to bring Democratic and Republican politicians together, it's been their rethinking of the data center issue.

And what I mean by that is, is that this growing recognition that the public is wary of data center construction is something that both Republican and Democratic governors have taken action on.

Now, I don't think that simply because there's controversy associated with data centers that politicians are that fast to embrace an actual moratorium.

Now, there have been-- I mean, obviously, Governor Hochul in New York signed an executive order which is a, is sort of a temporary moratorium for, for facilities of a certain size, and she grandfathered in those that had already gone through the permitting process previous to it.

Are there opportunities for these industries like nuclear and geothermal to kind of leverage this bipartisan support that seems to be existing right now? And then, and can Democrats take advantage of the popularity of these technologies as well?
