So when did you start having conversations about purchasing the garage?

Sure.

Serious conversations began earlier this summer, May.

We were looking at purchasing another spot in the area on Brady Street.

And I've been in conversation with Leslie, the old owner, for a while.

I have an interest in Hyatt Garage, and I just checked in with her before I moved on to my other idea.

I wanted to make sure she had no interest in selling, and that one email led to where we're at today.

Yeah, what was that like to take over a bar as a senior and your brother, who I'm guessing just by this you were very close with, passes away relatively unexpectedly?
