83:49
But how exactly do you get all these people registered to vote? I mean, your numbers are just staggering.
83:57
Thank you.
83:58
So let me give you an example.
84:00
Some states do have requirements.
84:02
Like in Florida you have to have a code if you're collecting the forms for a third party.
84:07
In Texas you have to be a volunteer deputy voter registrar.
84:11
Uh, in North Dakota, uh, they don't even have voter registration.
88:06
Even if you got someone else's property, they'll take it from you later if you get, quote, "too rich or successful." There's a lot of hard work in it, but it's gotta be done.
102:35
Scott, any Democrat likely to say let's do something with this?
102:41
Y'all need to call Fetterman.
102:42
Look, Dave McCormick.
102:44
Dave McCormick's on board.
102:45
Dave McCormick is one of the most staunch proponents of the Save America Act.
102:51
And Dave McCormick has said remain in D.C. through August recess to pass the Save America Act.
103:00
Now his counterpart Fetterman, here's what I want all of you to do.
105:12
And it really doesn't mean
5:01
Scott, any Democrat likely to say let's do something with this?
5:07
Y'all need to call Fetterman.
5:09
Look, Dave McCormick.
5:11
Dave McCormick's on board.
5:12
Dave McCormick is one of the most staunch proponents of the Save America Act.
5:18
And Dave McCormick has said, remain in DC through August recess to pass the Save America Act.
5:27
Now his counterpart, Fetterman, here's what I want all of you to do.

8:30
And I will tell you
23:46
When you talk to people, what is the vibe you get about how we keep being told the environment is more favorable for Democrats?
23:52
Democrats? So the environment now going into 2026 is totally different from 2018, totally different from 2022.
24:04
And so just for, uh, an example, let's rewind a decade ago.
24:08
President Trump, while he won in 2016, he did not win the popular vote.
24:13
And so you had a lot of Hillary Clinton and Democrat voters that were so incensed because they felt that they had won the election even though that Republicans duly won the electoral college.
24:26
But now, this year, we are coming in as winners, not only of the electoral college, an overwhelming win for President Trump, but he won the popular vote, meaning a mandate was delivered in 2024.
24:42
And furthermore, as I just mentioned to you, not only has the Republican Party had massive wins in redistricting, I'm talking Texas, thank you, Governor Abbott, Florida, thank you, Governor DeSantis.
26:50
What do you make of this, this movement, and what does it mean for midterms, do you think?
9:27
Mm-hmm.
9:28
Now, these are people that have been disqualified from serving on juries, and wouldn't you know it, that we actually have non-citizens that are receiving jury summons.
9:41
It is illegal for non-citizens to serve on juries.
9:44
That is a right that is only for an American citizen.
9:49
And so while the Department of Homeland Security has found fourteen thousand non-citizens on the voter rolls in Pennsylvania and two hundred and fifty thousand across Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey, and Nevada, my head started thinking, how can I find these people? How can I ensure that the American people can have confidence in our elections? And more importantly, again, to anybody that's listening, the work that we're doing is actually minority empowerment.

9 MINS LATER

19:23
Wow.
19:24
And that's very concerning that one-fourth of what we did from one-third of half the year of Philadelphia includes potential non-citizen voting.
19:38
But here's the kicker.
7:34
When you talk to people, what is the vibe you get about how we keep being told the environment is more favorable for Democrats?
7:41
Let's go over the data, and then we'll go into more of my feeling from being on the ground.
7:48
So the environment now going into 2026 is totally different from 2018, totally different from 2022.
7:58
And so just for an example, let's rewind a decade ago.
8:02
President Trump, while he won in 2016, he did not win the popular vote, and so you had a lot of Hillary Clinton and Democrat voters that were so incensed because they felt that they had won the election even though that Republicans duly won the electoral college.
8:20
But now, this year, we are coming in as winners, not only of the electoral college, an overwhelming win for President Trump, but he won the popular vote, meaning a mandate was delivered in 2024.
8:35
And furthermore, as I just mentioned to you, not only has the Republican Party had massive wins in redistricting, I'm talking Texas, thank you, Governor Abbott, Florida, thank you, Governor DeSantis.
10:43
What do you make of this, this movement, and what does it mean for midterms, do you think?
95:40
What are the latest in your view?
95:43
Thank you.
95:45
And actually, I just recently met that woman again since we first did that event, I think in late December 2023.
95:53
And since then, she's still active in Philadelphia.
95:57
She actually just lost 50 pounds.
95:59
She's doing great.
96:00
And so I'm glad to see that we're moving forward here in Pennsylvania and people are getting happier and healthier.
98:18
What are some of the other counties, Scott, including as Philadelphia, have said anything to you on this?
1:40
What are the latest in your view?
1:43
Thank you.
1:45
And actually, I just recently met that woman again since we first did that event, I think in late December 2023.
1:53
And since then, she's still active in Philadelphia.
1:56
She actually just lost 50 pounds.
1:59
She's doing great.
2:00
And so I'm glad to see that we're moving forward here in Pennsylvania and people are getting happier and healthier.
4:18
What are some of the other counties, Scott, including, has Philadelphia said anything to you on this?
66:52
Mm
66:52
... for those irregularities to happen ever again.
66:56
And so we had machines going down, and immediately upon hearing this, we had a website that people could chronicle a report, submit an incident report, and timestamp it immediately so that information would go to RNC.
67:13
We had lawyers on the ground, Jeremy, and whenever there was a problem, I made sure that I myself personally would show up to that location, find out what's happening, perform interviews, and make sure if we are providing a remedy and to rectify the situation.
67:31
And having that, that seamless communication and being able to travel there quickly is important to helping to restore voter confidence and trust in our elections, which hopefully will allow for big, beautiful turnout this November.

19 MINS LATER

87:02
Yes, of course
87:03
... and, and to, to everyone, I literally just woke up.
87:06
Uh, I'm in Arizona time, so please don't hold it against me.
58:44
It was a shift.
58:45
Did you feel that shift as well? Absolutely.
58:47
I mean, my biggest issue was illegal immigration.
58:50
And...
58:54
One thing that I would like, you know, we talk about where are the indictments, where are the prosecutions, where are the people being held criminally liable? I want to know why Alejandro Mayorkas is still a free man, and whether or not we're going to have any sort of remedy for him opening the border to tens of millions of legal aliens.
59:11
So knowing that we were going to have some semblance of a secure border, that was a big victory.
59:19
That's my biggest issue right there.
speaker_5SOUNDBITE_SPEAKER
61:07
Yeah.
4:21
You found a homeless shelter in Pennsylvania that has five hundred plus voters registered to vote, but only holds a hundred beds.
4:30
Yes.
4:30
And actually, the number is five seventy-seven, so it's really closer to six.
4:35
So we're working on a couple projects right now, Dom.
4:38
One of them is I thought to myself, you know, an average home probably doesn't have more than four people, right? And so let's do a query.
4:50
Let's find addresses where there are six or more voters registered to vote, and look for are there PO boxes, vacant lots, malls, shelters, et cetera.
5:05
And sure enough, in addition to that shelter, I found a mall where six people were registered to vote, and all six of those people, [chuckles] registered with a certain political party, uh, voted in the twenty twenty-four election.
5:50
What, what are you trying to work on with that?
90:22
What can you tell us about voter lists in Pennsylvania? What are you looking at?
90:30
So...
90:31
We are actively, as you know, working to clean up the voter rolls.
90:37
And it's not just active versus inactive voters.
90:42
It's not just dead voters.
90:44
For a really long time, we've known that illegal aliens have not only been registered to vote, but have been voting.
90:51
But we couldn't prove it.
95:02
Talk a little bit, preview, what are you going to say about Garrity and the importance of this race?
2:38
What can you tell us about voter lists in Pennsylvania? What are you looking at?
2:45
So...
2:46
We are actively, as you know, working to clean up the voter rolls.
2:52
And it's not just active versus inactive voters.
2:57
It's not just dead voters.
2:59
For a really long time, we've known that illegal aliens have not only been registered to vote, but have been voting.
3:07
But we couldn't prove it.
7:17
Talk a little bit, preview, what are you going to say about Garrity and the importance of this race?
99:05
So, Scott, my seafood person told me because I was down the shore last week that you did go to South Dakota for an event and you were denied access.
99:19
Yes, I can't believe that.
99:22
I forgot that we even had this conversation.
99:24
So I went to South Dakota for the convention.
99:28
It's been a long weekend.
99:30
And I was there, of course, to edify the grassroots, to lay the groundwork for 2028 when Senate Majority Leader John Thune is up for reelection.
99:39
And also, of course, put peaceful pressure to get the Save America Act passed.
101:47
My goodness, Scott, do they not realize how that incentivizes people on this stuff that it's not going to work? That sort of stuff backfires every time, particularly with you.
2:03
So, Scott, my seafood person told me, because I was down the shore last week, that you did go to South Dakota for an event and you were denied access?
2:17
Yes.
2:18
I can't believe I forgot that we even had this conversation.
2:22
So I went to South Dakota for the convention.
2:25
It's been a long weekend.
2:27
And, uh, I was there of course, to edify the grassroots, to lay the groundwork for 2028 when Senate majority leader, John Thune is up for reelection.
2:38
And also of course, put peaceful pressure to get the save America act passed.
4:45
My goodness, Scott, do they not realize how that incentivizes people on this stuff that it's not going to work? That sort of stuff backfires every time, particularly with you.
114:57
What what is it that you did with this, Scott, other than being persistent? What was the strategy that took it away from Democrats, gave us at least an even playing field?
115:09
It was about forcing the Republican Party to understand how significant voter registration is.
115:17
And truly, this has been a decade in the making.
115:20
It didn't happen overnight.
115:22
Republicans didn't just finally accept that voter registration was important.
115:28
I began this, and I talk about this in the book, my upbringing and starting off in Texas with Governor Abbott and how we registered voters in South Texas.
115:40
And it was because of our voter registration efforts at Texas A&M University at Galveston that we ended up flipping a seat for the first time from blue to red since Reconstruction.
119:28
How do we get Stacey, who I try to prod toward this, and every Republican to see school choice as a major top shelf issue that opens up a lot of other issues?
10:41
How do we get Stacey, who I try to prod toward this, and every Republican to see school choice as a major top shelf issue that opens up a lot of other issues?
10:56
In my opinion, and I'm not speaking for you and I'm not speaking for anyone else within the Republican Party, I think the Democrats are the party of victims.
11:08
And what I mean by that is they actually cause victimization.
11:13
They are responsible for creating victims.
11:18
And whereas Democrats try to purport themselves as being the party of the poor, they are actually responsible for creating more poverty.
11:26
And what I want to stress to my Republican colleagues, if I ever ran for office, Dom, I would run on two major policies.
11:35
Policy number one, school choice and policy number two, abolishing property taxes.
13:48
yes,
110:39
But it was Baltimore, right? And why the cleanup? What is it that you thought this is the way to break through?
110:48
Well, I was even on the ground prior to the cleanup.
110:52
You see, that was 2019.
110:54
And I think a lot of people think of me then because that's when I reached the national sphere.
111:01
But I began volunteering in 2013, and my first job was helping to elect Governor Abbott in 2014.
111:10
So I have to always remind people that I began with voter registration, and we elevated to the cleanups when President Donald Trump was talking about the city of Baltimore.
111:23
And so in the book, I talk about how Democrats with their policies have destroyed almost every major metropolitan area.
114:19
So, Scott, what's the status on that? What are you planning to do to continue to move the ball on it?
36:24
How, Scott, and nobody knows better how to register people to vote and the various laws all across the states, how do Democrats rig elections in California?
36:31
California? On many voter registration applications, assumedly I haven't looked at California recently, so pardon me, there's even a space where it asks for your driver's license or Social Security number.
36:48
If you don't have either, it has a third box that says, "I do not have a driver's license or Social Security number." And people can still get registered without having either identification on their paperwork.
37:03
And what's more is although on many forms you do have to put whether or not you're a United States citizen, we have found even in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, people are just checking a box, and here we have found literal illegal aliens, non-citizens registered to vote in places like the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
37:26
And, and one tidbit that nobody has really talked about on a large scale, if you look at the, I do believe it's the Los Angeles County Recorder website, there's a form, Benny, called the Voter Registration Cancellation Form.
37:42
Here's how nefarious California elections are.
37:45
Get this.
39:16
Uh, what more?
4:26
Wow.
4:26
And during that phone call, that's where we were able to get some funding that allowed me to hire 87 staff across Pennsylvania 67 counties to register 50,000 voters to help reelect President Donald J. Trump.
4:43
And so, like you, I will never forget the moment that Elon called me and for his investment in his belief in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
4:53
And so to our young people that are gonna be watching your program right now, I hope that I am a reflection of the power of one.
5:03
You don't have to be a Donald Trump, you don't have to be an Elon Musk, but you just have to do your part.
5:09
I started off as a gosh darn dog walker, and here I am, uh, able to have influence for the right reason to help good pu- put good people into office and literally help change the globe, that we're trying to stop the Russian and Ukrainian conflict.
5:28
We're trying to fight for peace in the Middle East.
7:28
What is your message to them right now, especially the ones who keep stalling on this, which I think is crazy?
60:21
... before, you know, the big November either/or.
60:24
Well, you show up, and you knock on doors, and you go to farmers markets, and you go to gun shops, and you go to gun shows, and you bring your message to the people.
60:37
You can't expect the people to come to you, right? That's why turnout is so low.
60:41
And so I can tell you, I've been in Indiana for 24 hours, and even during that time, I've been door-knocking myself as a Pennsylvanian to help elect conservative leadership here in Indiana and Vincennes. We were knocking on doors, and I was learning from the voters about the high property taxes, and I was asking for their vote for Jeff Ellington for state senate.
61:07
And so my goal is to help lead by example, to show by doing, and to explain that if the Republican Party wants to earn votes and wants to increase voter turnout, you bring your message to the doors, to the people, and shaking one hand at a time, that is how we're going to increase turnout.
64:49
Mm.
64:49
"Asking to not only be a co-sponsor to the Save America Act but to bring it to the floor for a debate and force Democrats that are opposed to what 84% of Americans want to speak on behalf why they are against it, this common sense country-saving legislation." And I ask people, that number for the Senate is 202-224-3121.
65:09
Call Young.
13:15
No, no, it's important, it's important.
13:16
(laughs) And, uh, I knew that 2018 had the potential to be really bad for the president. You know, the Democrats kept saying over and over that Hillary won the popular vote, and, you know, that was the Me Too movement, and it was the year of being a woman, and I was like, "Gosh, 2018 is gonna be so bad." So, a month before the election, I was like, "Okay, I need to quit my job. I'm gonna do everything I can, travel to Florida, New Jersey, all over, and try to keep members of Congress in those seats." Now, ultimately, we lost it, and so going into 2019 was a regrouping period for me, and I was like, "Scott, you have no job. You can quit. Scott, the Republican Party right now just lost big time. What are we gonna do to shake things up?" And I just had this idea pop into my head, kind of like what you said just a moment ago, and I went, "You're gonna travel the country, and you're gonna teach people how to register to vote," because even the Republican Party is not doing the grassroots organizing required in order to win elections. My first event, Ryan, was in Connecticut, where they have more cows than people over in that state, and my first event in, I think it was Danbury, we got protested because I think the Democrats knew, wow, this guy, if we don't stop him now, is going to become an organizer within the Republican Party. And despite the fact that they protested us, we had more than double, perhaps triple the amount of attendees, and I literally just started going across the country from Connecticut to Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, down to Sarasota, Florida, and each event I did gathered more attendees, got bigger. My social media profile grew, and people went, "Wow, this guy is getting stuff done," and so I spent 2019 through 2022 all on my lonesome organizing, traveling probably 40-plus states across the country, teaching people how to register other people to vote.
18:33
I did not... I never knew that before. Okay, that's fascinating. All right.
18:36
Oh yeah. Oh no, no, no. And it was like a full circle moment because this was like a week prior to the 2024 deadline to register to vote and we're over in Lancaster at an Amish benefit and this Amish woman comes up to check her status because she can't do it herself online so we did it for her. She wasn't registered. They removed her. So we got her registered and she goes, "Oh, you know what? I better get myself a mail-in ballot. I'm going to three weddings on election day." And it just went, it was like an aha moment that what I had been practicing in the field had been coming to fruition and we used mail-in ballots to deliver President Trump the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Then we have 800,000 veterans in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is the fourth largest home to veterans in the entire nation. So we went to every VFW, we went to every American Legion and you would be shocked by the amount of veterans that tell me, "Scott, I already served our country. I already did my part. I don't have to vote because I already stopped communism overseas." And so really that's where I come in and we have to court them and say, "Listen, thank you so much for your service. We're so grateful for your sacrifice, but communism is here domestically. It's on our shores and this is something we must be continuously vigilant by voting here in our country." And last, and probably the most important, and you'll notice all of these groups, what were you talking about with the forgotten men in Ame- American people, the white working class? Well, if you look at the demographics, I would assume that a lot of truckers are of that group, the Amish are of that group, veterans are of that group. And last, hunters, 3,000 hunters in Pennsylvania, 30%, three zero, are not registered to vote. That's 300,000 votes. That is game over. That is the election. We went to every gun shop, every gun show, and I do believe that our work at Early Vote Action registering 50,000 voters helped to deliver the commonwealth and two congressional seats, Ryan McKenzie and Rod Resner again, protecting Scott Perry.
