You had to

drop everything.

It was just one of those things where like, you know, if you were born 1990 or later, you most likely had the vaccine.

And I was going back to travel somewhere and I was even at the vaccine clinic and they were like, oh, do you want to get the hep A? I was like, yeah, sure.

And they're like, oh, we don't have the second dose with your timelines weird.

So just get it whenever you come back.

And then I didn't and end up getting really sick.

What did it teach you about advocacy and the lengths people will go for animals they've never even met?

So if I were to send you like a picture of my dog Tulip wearing her costume as a taco or, I don't know, Taylor Swift or even Dracula, how do your artisans actually turn that photo into a three-dimensional stuffed version of Tulip?

Sure.

So it all starts where we get your photos and then our team looks at them.

And, you know, sometimes photos can come in low quality.

And so we try and ask questions if needed.

And then also know we need to make sure we can see the things that are most important to you about your pet because when you show us a picture the thing that might be most important to you is the you know was actually not shown in the picture because it's on their back it's also white star on their on their neck for you know and like um And so we clarify that if there's something that we feel like we might be missing.

And then our design team goes through and identifies the color palette of the pet and they go through and they then hand it off to our actual like cutters and sewers.

Uh, and sort of, you know, we've, we've passed these photographs and they want something tangible to hold onto, uh, I mean, how special does that feel that your company is sort of tapped to provide that type of closure and allow somebody to grieve in a more complex way?

But when you're looking at the website, don't limit yourself to thinking of this as a toy.
