What was the learning curve for you as you started to develop this

business? It was a big learning curve from what I understand from...

talking to some other people in the industry that i was pretty much the you know there's always been comic art dealers um but there was really not any comic artists represented you know representatives um so i was so instead of buying artwork to to resell um I was representing these artists, and then if they had original art, then I would sell the original art on a commission and take commissions for them.

And yes, there was a lot to learn, and it was always morphing.

I know the, the one big thing about what I didn't want was I had read a lot of, you know, I was on a lot of forums for comic art and comic books and things like that.

And a lot of the reoccurring themes that I kept seeing was people complaining about, um, Artists taking so long, and I'm not saying all artists, but a couple bad apples, I guess you could say, that were taking money and taking an extremely long time to get the commission, or not even... getting to the commission at all and just taking the money and running.

And, you know, back then, you know, how were things done? It was mostly like checks, money, orders, email, you know, there wasn't PayPal or anything like that.

At times, the original art market, can it be kind of incestuous like that with people just kind of buying each other's stuff?

[laughs]

MmSo, uh, maybe I do another video lasering it off and, like, that will do better.

I don't know, but [laughs]
