Do you, do you see that happening before some other iteration?

Yeah, I, I, I tell you what, I'm kind of excited, you know, even as a, as a guy, you know, as a baby boomer and kind of later in my career, as an industry, I think we have been way behind the curve in terms of adoption and use of technology to improve our business.

I, I think, I think we're in a new time.

I think that's changing dramatically.

You know, kind of living in the part of the world that you live out in, out here on the West Coast there, but you see all the businesses popping up, and the amount of, the amount of money and venture capital being spent on technology in the construction industry is just, you know, it's off the chart, uh, which is good.

And I, I guess like anything there, you know, we're seeing some of that technology having real meaningful input, impact in terms of value proposition.

But I, I, I think you're gonna continue to see in the next five years just transformational change based on technology.
