OK, what actually changes from today?

Yeah, that's a great question.

And I've spent quite a lot of time thinking about this.

And there's some nuances, right? So technically, you and your friend could still rent an apartment together.

There's no problem there.

One is a primary tenant, one is an occupant.

And that increases according to the size of property, how many co-occupants you can have.

But you can see just this one law is going to really change the way that Dubai looks behind the scenes.

So let's say if you're a health care leader, you're a nurse manager, physician, and you witness or are aware of a workplace violence incident, what should that leader do and how should that leader respond?

Great question.

So a couple of things.

Immediately, you always want to ensure physical safety, right? So you see something happen.

The first thing you want to do is make sure nobody's pleading, right? So make sure everybody's okay.

Once you get through that initial, everyone is physically okay situation, Then the hard work of psychological safety and rebuild and not victim blaming and the really high reliability organization models or the just culture, I guess, would be the subsections need to come in to help support the staff and to also help support the patient.

Let me explain that just a little bit.

So if you are a nurse or a doctor and you're walking into your next shift, your next day, whatever you're doing, what are three things that you would encourage clinicians to think about in terms of long-term versus even short-term protection from workplace violence?
