What would you say has been the biggest influence on your career? Is it a person? Is it a thing? Is it a time of your life? Um, what would you say the major influences or major influence has been for you?

You know, I, I, I mean, actually, maybe I'll, I'll point out Chris Young 'cause I think I was...

This was, you know, still very early in, in my leadership career.

I had led teams at that point but, uh, I think working with Chris as he came in and, and the team, it was kind of the first time working with kind of a formal executive team, even though we were sort of divisional.

And I, I, I developed some bad habits myself.

I do, I think just through my life that I, I would, uh, shoulder whatever burden there was and, and just try to muscle through it.
