Mm-hmm.
3:04
How do we give that consistent, outstanding customer service everywhere? And so we started a program called, uh, Customer Service First, and we hired, uh, we hired Dennis Snow from Disney, and Dennis worked with us for about 15 years, and it did, it took customer service straight up.
3:25
Uh, but we got to a point where we could, kinda, kinda outgrew Dennis, and, uh, we were looking for somebody to come in and really give the, the boost that we needed to just ...
3:37
I wanted excellence everywhere.
5:48
Hmm.
5:49
And so they're greeted many times.
5:51
If they walk in and say, "I w- I'm came to see Scott Deaser," they don't go, "He's up on third floor." They go, "Let me take you." And they personally escort that person up, introduce their name, and we have a warm transfer as they come up, say, "Mr.
6:08
Diesser, you know, Eric is here to see you." And, you know, and the employee leaves.
8:15
So you're not focusing just on one, but how do we balance the needs and interests of, of all the people that are affected by what we're doing here?
8:23
It's gotta be equitable.
8:25
I'm big on, being equitable to people, whether it's across the board, whether it's all the different categories that you're dealing with, because you can do something for one that you don't do it for another and it hurts the other.
8:40
And so, again, I look at all those four constituents that we're a fiduciary of and making sure that they're all taken care of.
8:49
I love the trust business because that's a huge fiduciary.
8:53
you know, business.
8:55
It's something that I really enjoy in the banking industry because, again, you're sitting down and you're helping people accomplish what they want to accomplish.
