How was this different and how did you make the adjustments and what was Wallace's role in all this?

So the easy part for me was since I had a background in the CMS program, I was familiar with the contracts.

So that made things easy for me.

So I tried to take those skills towards the new level of work as program manager.

And then honestly, I shadowed Wallace and leading up to the job being open since my goal was to be a program manager.

I met with all the other program managers here at NIB just to kind of learn what they do and how they go about their day-to-day to see, is this really what I want? So I took those skills and tried to put my own spin on it.

I didn't want to completely mirror people.

How do you sort of make the decision whether I should apply for this job or not?
