where did we need to grow if we needed to grow did that also align with our priorities for the department or the company and then for the other activities we had a large regulatory operations centers excellence globally, what fit there that we can house in those areas? And over what they needed to focus on and accomplish.

So one, as an organization, we could hang our hats on what we did well and what we were going to deliver.

And then two, when we aligned on those areas we needed to invest in or improve in, we had buy-in from the organization to give us time to get there.

And one of those areas was digital back in 2016, 17, 18.

So at that time, talking about how quickly technology changes.

And that's when Alexa was coming out and everyone was talking about, hey, I have Alexa in my house.
