When did you start to understand how being neurodivergent affected the way you worked and approached things?

It wasn't until later on in life that I took a different sort of a bit of a step back and a step to the side and sort of could analyze things a little differently.

It wasn't until I noticed that my children were struggling and we've got some diagnoses with some of them.

And then you start to sort of then become educated in it.

um and it made me sort of realize different things i'm like thinking well i take that oh my god i take that box oh is that why i do that and then obviously i had this therapy session because i was struggling at one point and then what was highlighted so i mean different things that sort of come forward um within a working day um you just learn to sort of manage and move forward with them but um I mean, it's a superpower and it's something I wouldn't change up, but it can also be one of the biggest demons on your shoulder at the same time.

It can sometimes ruin your day, week, month.

It comes in peaks and troughs.

that's fantastic and so they should and for before you go and tell it tell us a little bit remind us about let them play and about the about what you did and who helped you with that as well

Tell us about how this came about and what the motivations were for you to take on this project.

So this initially came about, I blame my wife in actual fact.

So my son attends the school, which is David Rees Holistic Learning.

So they are an alternative provision which is for special needs children to be able to sort of, it's essentially a stopgap in between school and a special needs full-time school.

Saying that, there are some students there that sort of stay for a long period of time and see their educational days there.

Um, so my son attends essentially, he, he fits that sort of category in brackets.

Tell me about what the project would involve, what it took to plan it out and how you figured out like who you'd need and what you'd need to make it happen.
