You know, at a high level, like the main practice that I was instructed to that's had the biggest impact on me was just notice every single time I was disturbed or my heart was closed.

Scott BrittonGUEST
And the idea behind this is that our natural state, even as kids is we are, we have an open heart to life.

Scott BrittonGUEST
Like, and you see this in the emotional fluidity of children, right? They're so quick to love.

Who am I? What am I even doing here? So from your perspective, how does someone begin discovering what they're truly here to contribute? How do people find that in themselves?

Scott BrittonGUEST
The way that I think about it is that your purpose, what you're here to do, it already exists.

Scott BrittonGUEST
And the thing that is preventing you from not only realizing it, but stepping into it is your awareness and the patterns in your consciousness that prevent you from embracing it.

Scott BrittonGUEST
And so for me, like, I think that the thing about this practice that of like, that the main practice in the book is really using your response to life in order to understand yourself and to work on your awareness.

Scott BrittonGUEST
And for me, what's so effective about that is that like the metaphor that I like is like, you know, let's, let's imagine you're like climbing a mountain, right? Like if you're at the very top, like you can see, you can see the pathways, you can see like all the wings get you where you want to go.

Scott BrittonGUEST
And in the book, the metaphor is like, you can see what you're supposed to be doing on there.

Lotte ValentinHOST
So how do they what would be your advice to these people that are stuck in that rut?
