And maybe you can sort of, you know, give your entry into it and how the leadership has evolved with you and your brothers.

Yeah, so I probably am going to be the only brother that will speak to you that didn't see himself from day one or had the dream to enter the business.

I always was trying to figure out what I wanted to do, whether this was the path or not.

And at one point, my wife and I had decided that we were going to do something else because at the time, in order to come into the business, you had to start on the sales floor.

And I didn't at that time didn't really see myself in that type of position.

So we had gone ahead and passed and we were going to go do something else.

And then I got a call from my dad saying that our diamond buyer had resigned.

Do you feel like, oh my goodness, if two of you are constantly picking on the one, how does that work? Does dad step in?
