Comment c'est fait ?

Euh, en fait, on va préparer la purée, purée de patate douce à la vapeur.

Après, on va ajouter le sucre quand la purée, elle est encore chaude et on va ajouter la farine de patate douce, euh, bien mélanger et la pâte, elle va être ferme, ne coller bas.

How familiar were you with standup before you moved to Canada?

I love watching stand-up comedy, like those video clips on YouTube.

I actually went to one show in Beijing.

I love this kind of art form, but I never thought I could do it because I thought they're so smart, they're so funny, and they can just quickly... throw things on stage.

What was it like to help those kids find their voices?
