So how does that happen?
12:26
So to be honest, I don't think there is a magic answer where you, you know, you finish residency on June 30th and then July 1, you're like, I'm it.
12:36
I'm the guy.
12:37
You know, it's funny because I've had this conversation with our graduating residents recently, honestly, and in the last couple of months, you know, when teaching sinus surgery and they're learning, you know, the last steps and kind of understanding how to do parts of the procedure.
12:49
And, you know, in two months, that's it.
12:51
And, you know, they're on their own.
12:52
They're the ones running the show in their respective institutions or their respective practices.

How do you apply that now, you know, a few years out? like, what are you doing to keep up? You know, like, do you have a routine of journal articles, kind of trade media, you know, things like that? Do you have a routine around keeping up with what's happening? Or is it just conferences? Or do you just get to hear it because you have enough peers that everybody's just talking about it, you know, with whatever might be new, either in a specialized area or in the field at large? Like, how are you thinking about this?
