What advice would you give these practitioners who are applying for scholarships and grants in terms of being able to word it or frame their work in a way that will successfully obtain those grants?

I'll start by the one piece of advice that I always give out is to shift the focus from simply describing what you do to explaining the problem you're solving and the knowledge you're generating.

A lot of the times I have these conversations with practitioners and I That's the first thing I noticed that there needs to be a shift in the focus because it is amazing.

During my work at Children's, I had observed how many amazing OTs are out there working, solving problems and generating so much knowledge, but it stays in that corner of the world because that's where they're doing it.

They're not thinking about talking about these solutions that they've generated.

So it's just a way of looking at things, sort of reframing it through research and looking at it through an impact lens.
