What helped during your PhD to get the job, and just tell us about what you're doing in your current role right now.

It wasn't very r- easy decision for me to go to industry or academy because I was very interested in developing more the skills that I got as a finite element analysis, and I wanted to even dig more in the topic and to get something that, that can be more helpful to the code.
