So DIY managers, that's what we call them when they manage their buildings themselves, can often fall into a couple of different traps.

One is that they're DIY managing that one building, which means it's not like they've got a portfolio that they can see and test the market on kind of thing.

They might not be getting the cost efficiencies, for example, with insurance or with maintenance.

They probably have the same guys repair things and that kind of thing, which is great.
