So tell us a little bit about the history of The Colony, and how when your husband came to acquire it.

Of course.

Well, The Colony, i- it's a historic landmark here in Palm Beach.

It was built in 1947, so a war hotel.

You know, we always talk about pre-war or post-war architecture here in the States.

It is a war hotel.

And it was really built to be Palm Beach's guest house.
