Is that right? What is a dream journey?

So it's, there are various types of dream journeys.

That's why I use it in the plural sense, dream journeys.

And so a lot of my more overtly spiritual work began with dreams.

And so dreams have a really special place in my heart.

It began with remembering a dream and being like, what is that? Like, what was that? Why did I have it? Does it mean anything? If so, what does it mean? And that was, you know, a few decades ago at this point.

And so we can start with the basics of like just writing down your dreams.

Can you think of any other things that you could give listeners as a tip? Like this is a great example, but anything else that they can do and take away tangibly?
