Can you walk us through what we see here?
137:51
Yes.
137:52
This is a page of my notes of the observations that I took on item two, which is the doorknob.
137:59
On the notes, you will see how the packaging was when I received the item.
138:04
If there is any issue with the packaging, such as if it was partially opened or any damage, I would make a note of that and also take a photograph of what that damage was.
138:15
At the top you will see a table of information on the toolmark that was present.
138:21
The type of toolmark that was observed was a striated type toolmark.

previously marked States Exhibit 195, what does this page tell you?
Mr. MulliganUNKNOWN
6:06
So if we go to item number one, which is the door frame itself, correct? So you have that item with you?
6:23
That is incorrect.
6:24
That door was submitted to the laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, and initial processing, including photographs and casts taken of those tool marks, were done by firearms and tool marks unit personnel in Quantico, Virginia.
6:36
I received the casts, but not the door itself.

And that's on page 66, by the way.
14:46
By saying that the tool marks are consistent with each other, that is considered a physical visual examination.
14:53
So within the tool mark on the item five piece of wood, there were no individual characteristics for me to do a direct comparison to do that pattern examination.
15:03
So I'm merely notating that the measurement and the overall shape profile is consistent between what's on the item five piece of wood and tool marks that were made with the item 15 hammer.
